Quote requests and customer records
When you submit a request, we collect the name, email, phone number, preferred response method, property address, service choices, and project details you provide. We use this information to respond, prepare estimates, arrange service, and maintain customer and job history. You can also contact us by phone, text, or email.
Customer records and past job dates, prices, and notes are stored privately. They are available to authorized staff, not to other website visitors. Please include only information relevant to your cleaning project.
Services used by this website
Cloudflare hosts the website and customer database, protects staff sign-in, and helps prevent spam. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals for its security checks. Short-lived rate-limit records help protect the form from abuse.
Authorized staff can enable device notifications. We store their device subscription privately to deliver encrypted alerts through their browser or device notification provider. Alerts contain a general update and a link to the private dashboard, without customer names, contact details, or message contents. Staff can remove a device from the dashboard at any time. If you email or text us, the relevant email or mobile service also processes that communication. Google Fonts provides this website’s fonts and receives connection information, including your IP address, when your browser loads them.
Appearance follows your device settings by default. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice and your animation preferences are saved in this browser. This website does not use advertising trackers. Staff sign-in may use authentication cookies. We do not sell the details you submit.
Keeping records
We keep inquiries and service history as needed to respond, provide service, and maintain business records. Contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to records we need to retain.
